FORUM RULES:
  • Looking for a place to connect with other developers, get support, and engage in discussions about the APPBunny Marketplace? Look no further than APPBunny.tv forums (AKA: Bunny Board)! Head over to ucp.php?mode=register to register an account and join the conversation.
  • REGISTRATION: By following the link to the forum, you will be able to create a new username. After registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which you must accept before being able to post on our forum. The username you want to register shall not contain any other trademarked, product or company names, unless you represent a non-profit organization or are an official APPBunny sponsor. In these cases you must still add your own name to these trademarked, product or company names to differentiate yourself as individual representative.
  • GENERAL FORUM RULES: Violation of any of the following General Forum rules will result in a preliminary warning. If violations continue, the forum user will be banned for one week with a note explaining the reason for the ban. If violations continue, the user will suffer a permanent ban. Additionally, if necessary, a Forum Moderator or Administrator may delete or edit posts or signatures at will and without warning. These enforcement policies are slightly different than the Piracy rules, so you are encouraged to read both policies thoroughly before posting.
Forums are constantly evolving platforms. As the need arises, these rules can be modified or expanded. Forum moderators have the authority to grant exemptions to any of these rules.

Note: Although they are commonly known as the "forum rules," these guidelines also extend to other official APPBunny websites like the APPBunny wiki, APPBunny Forum, APPBunny Website, and comments section.

GENERAL CONDUCT:
1. Please remember to be courteous and respectful in your interactions.
2. Kindly use polite language when communicating with others.
3. Let's appreciate the hard work put in by the APPBunny developers and other coders. Refraining from calling their programs or APKs "worthless" shows respect.
4. Show gratitude towards the forum moderators and those who take the time to answer questions or write guides. They are volunteering their time and efforts in a job that often goes unnoticed.
5. Take the time to go through any important threads, FAQs, and Online Manuals in the forum you are posting in. This will help you find the information you need and avoid redundant questions.
6. Remember to be patient as there are many users asking questions and fewer users available to answer them. Unless you have new information to add, it is recommended to wait at least 24 hours before bumping your own post.

NO SELLING OR PROMOTING OF SERVICES FOR MONEY:
1. Please refrain from attempting to sell any other services or hardware to individuals on our forums. However, if you own a company and would like to offer a special discount or promotion exclusively for APPBunny forum members in your shop, kindly reach out to a member of Team APPBunny for permission beforehand.

2. It is not permitted to use usernames for the purpose of promoting your business, product, or website. However, there is an exception to this rule if the username is associated with a legal non-profit organization or if the company you represent is an official APPBunny Sponsor. In such cases, group names must include a personal identifier, such as "APPBunny Sponsor-Nate" or "Nonprofit-Nate".

3. Directly posting donation links to Paypal or any other donation collections website is not allowed. However, there is an exception for authors of original works related to APPBunny. If you have created an APK, skin, guide, or any other relevant work, you may include one (1) direct donation link in your forum post. Please ensure that the link is written with the exact wording: "Donations for this [APK/skin/guide/etc] gratefully accepted."
- Please note that you are permitted to share links to other websites, even if those websites have donation links. For instance, you can share links to Wikipedia, which frequently requests donations. If you have written a guide or developed an APPBunny APK on your own website that is relevant to a discussion, you are welcome to post a link to your website, even if it includes a donation option.

4. Please provide as much detail and description as possible when posting on the APPBunny Community Forum. Remember, no one can read your mind, so it's important to include all the information requested in the forum stickies. Be sure to mention everything you've tried so far and any suspicions you may have. Also, when referring to "the latest release," specify the exact version of APPBunny you are using.

5. It would be greatly appreciated if you could include all the information requested in the forum stickies when posting a problem on the APPBunny Community Forum. This includes providing a detailed description of the issue, mentioning everything you've tried so far, and sharing any suspicions you may have. Additionally, when referring to "the latest release," please be specific about the version of APPBunny you are currently using.

6. If you encounter a problem and decide to post it on the APPBunny Community Forum, we encourage you to include a debug log from when the issue occurred. To make it easier for everyone to read, please use a paste site as described in the debug log wiki page. Avoid posting log snippets directly on the forum, but if you need to highlight a specific part, refer to the line number.

7. To maintain a clean and organized forum, we kindly request that you refrain from cross-posting or double-posting. Posting your question or issue once is sufficient, and it helps prevent confusion and duplicate efforts from other community members. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

8. It is important to give credit where credit is due. Please do not misrepresent the work of others as your own on the APPBunny Community Forum. Plagiarism is not tolerated, and we encourage honesty and integrity when sharing information or solutions. Let's foster a respectful and collaborative environment for everyone.

SIGNATURES AND AVATARS:
1. Avoid using large characters, unusual fonts, colors, or other effects to draw excessive attention to your signature.
2. Signatures should either be limited to 4 lines of text or contain a single image with a maximum height of 40px, but not both.
3. Any avatars or images that are excessively distracting or hinder easy reading on the forum will be removed.
4. Avatars, images, and links that advertise APKs or sources violating APPBunny's piracy policy will be removed.
4. Signatures and avatars promoting political, religious, or unrelated affiliations to APPBunny are not allowed and may be removed by the moderator team.
5. Links in signatures should be limited to APPBunny.tv domains and legal sites related to APPBunny. If unsure, please consult a forum moderator.
6. Forum moderators have the authority to delete or modify signatures or avatars that violate these rules without prior notice.

PIRACY POLICY:
1. When a forum moderator becomes aware of discussions that directly involve or link to APKs, websites, or services that violate US copyright laws (referred to as "pirated content"), they will be closed. However, the original poster or APK creator can share a link to an external website for further discussion and inquiries.
2. Discussions regarding APKs that directly link to pirated content and enable users to access that content through the APK will be promptly shut down.
3. Any links to pirated content will be removed, and requests for information on where to obtain pirated content will also be deleted.
4. APKs, websites, and services that fall under the category of "pirated content" typically do not include the following (determined on a case-by-case basis if necessary):
A. APKs that do not actually facilitate the act of accessing pirated content (referred to as "mistaken identity"). For example, Sickbeard, which does not involve downloading or streaming.
B. APKs that have the potential to access pirated content but are also useful for downloading legal content. For instance, an APK that downloads torrents, which can include legally distributed videos.
C. APKs that link to or access content in a similar manner to a regular web browser. This is based on the assumption that if the content owner did not want the content to be streamed, they should not have made it available for streaming on their site. An example of this is the Bluecop Repository.
D. APKs that access content with permission from the content owner, content that is "copyleft," or content that does not have clear disapproval from the content owner. APPBunny will make every effort to comply with DMCA-related takedown requests.
- If you believe that one of the exceptions mentioned above applies, you can request the Forum Moderators to reopen a closed thread.
5. Fair use exceptions cover various issues like using small video samples for testing and debugging, creating fanart and related artwork, making video and audio summaries, adding subtitles, and more.
6. Please note that these rules are specific to the APPBunny.tv websites. We want to ensure that all users have the freedom to use APPBunny as they wish and add any additional APKs from any source they prefer.

VPN POLICY:
1. At APPBunny, we have a clear policy regarding VPN usage on our forum. We do not provide support for VPNs as they are not necessary for the intended use of our platform. If you encounter any issues related to VPN usage, we recommend reaching out to your VPN provider for assistance, especially if you are using a commercial VPN service where you have paid for support and access. Please note that any issues with APPBunny that are caused by VPN usage are not supported. However, if you experience an issue without using a VPN, please report it to us and we will be happy to assist you.
2. We would like to remind our community that promoting or recommending commercial VPN services, whether they are free or subscription-based, is against our forum rules. Any posts or links related to such promotions will be removed, and accounts created solely for this purpose will be banned as spammers.
3. While VPN APKs are not classified as banned APKs, we do not allow their advertisement, promotion, or support on our forum. Any threads requesting or providing such APKs will be removed. However, devices with VPN APKs installed are still supported on the forum, as long as they do not violate our piracy policy in any other way.
